I’ll bet your boys were sad not to do that ride with you guys.

Oh yeah, they really wanted to go on this trip. It was good to do a trip just me with friends though too, we all need that from time to time, not responsible for anyone but myself haha.

Without a doubt, we need to do that again.

Super cool about your asthma! And I LOVE CB! I ride and tele there when stateside whenever I can. Special place.

Two things: give dairy elimination a trial and get a bike travel bag for flights. A car in the Indy area (with only a week at a time) limits where I can go to ride. Looking toward Sedona, Moab, and especially Crested Butte!

Congratulations on getting rid of the asthma! Must feel like being reborn. You can look forward to re-enjoying all the rides that you needed the inhaler on. Everything is going to be just that much better.

This was a beautiful video. It's always difficult to transfer nature experiences to video, but when you dove into those yellow aspens I could really taste the sense of wonder.

Add one to the bucket list, for sure.

Thanks, Leo. Being ‘reborn’ is a great way to put it. I still bring my inhaler with me, and will for a while. It’s a new beginning though.

I am a 16 yr old mountain biker with asthma and have always had problems with controlling it. Could you give me some advise on what I can do?
