Oh yeah, they really wanted to go on this trip. It was good to do a trip just me with friends though too, we all need that from time to time, not responsible for anyone but myself haha.
Two things: give dairy elimination a trial and get a bike travel bag for flights. A car in the Indy area (with only a week at a time) limits where I can go to ride. Looking toward Sedona, Moab, and especially Crested Butte!
Congratulations on getting rid of the asthma! Must feel like being reborn. You can look forward to re-enjoying all the rides that you needed the inhaler on. Everything is going to be just that much better.
This was a beautiful video. It's always difficult to transfer nature experiences to video, but when you dove into those yellow aspens I could really taste the sense of wonder.
So, what do you think helped you drop the inhaler? I had asthma as a kid but seemed to grow out of it, so I thought. I believe it was my change in diet, omitting red meats and processed food. Eating plant-based foods, eggs, and some fish. I know you recently changed your diet. What did you change? What the health was a great documentary that confirmed my choices in diet.
Really happy for you Seth. Overcoming something you've carried your whole life has got to feel good!
It did! Thank you
Man that was a fun trip, can't wait for the next one!!
I’ll bet your boys were sad not to do that ride with you guys.

Without a doubt, we need to do that again.
Man, I'm so happy for you. And that looks like a sick ride.
Brilliant news about your Asthma! That scenery really was something...
Super cool about your asthma! And I LOVE CB! I ride and tele there when stateside whenever I can. Special place.

Add one to the bucket list, for sure.
Thanks, Leo. Being ‘reborn’ is a great way to put it. I still bring my inhaler with me, and will for a while. It’s a new beginning though.
I am a 16 yr old mountain biker with asthma and have always had problems with controlling it. Could you give me some advise on what I can do?
Hi Seth,
So, what do you think helped you drop the inhaler? I had asthma as a kid but seemed to grow out of it, so I thought. I believe it was my change in diet, omitting red meats and processed food. Eating plant-based foods, eggs, and some fish. I know you recently changed your diet. What did you change? What the health was a great documentary that confirmed my choices in diet.
This was one of my favorite videos. Thank you for the content and inspiration.
That's awesome about the asthma Seth. Keep doing what you have been doing!!! Trails looked magnificent.
